HOW DO THE SCENT OF THE MONTH BOXES WORK?
Each month you'll receive a super exclusive & limited-edition scent that you won’t find online anywhere else.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Subscription box orders will ship on the 7th of each month. So, March's subscription boxes will ship on March 7th, April's on April 7th, and so on.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO PURCHASE?
Our scent of the month box is available on an auto renew month-to-month subscription. Your payment will automatically be processed each month and your subscription box will automatically be sent out to you! Once you've signed up, you’re all set!
We also offer the option to prepay for 6 months, or 1 year ahead. This allows you to save big $$$!

I AM ALREADY SUBSCRIBED TO THE CANDLES. HOW DO I ADD THE WAX MELT & ROOM SPRAY OPTION?
If you are already subscribed to one and want to add the other, simply select the additional option and click "Add to Existing Subscription" (be sure you are logged in to add to existing subscription).
DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Discount codes can’t be applied to our subscription boxes because they are already such a great value.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
At this time we are unable to accept gift cards as payment for subscription boxes.

CAN I SKIP A MONTH OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, of course! To skip a month simply login to your subscription page. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. On the Subscriptions page, click on "Edit Subscription", then select the "Manage upcoming orders" dropdown. Here you can see orders for the next seven months, and skip any that are necessary.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged on the 25th of each month. The frequency of billing will change if you choose to prepay for 6 months, or a year. Prepaid plans automatically renew. Prepaid packages marked as a gift will not automatically renew.
For example, if you purchased the month-to-month subscription box, you will be charged every month on the 25th until cancellation. If you have a six month package, you will be charged every six months on the 25th of the month until cancellation. If you have a one year package, you will be charged every twelve months on the 25th of the month until cancellation.
WHEN WILL I STOP GETTING MONTHLY BOXES?
The party won’t stop unless you decide to cancel.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT THE NEXT SCENT WILL BE?
An email will be sent out at the beginning of each month with a sneak peak of the following months exclusive scent. Be sure you are subscribed to our emails to ensure you don’t miss an update!
WHERE CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING & BILLING INFORMATION?
To update your shipping or billing information simply login to your subscription page. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. On the Subscriptions page, click on "Edit Subscription", then select the "Address and shipping information" dropdown. Here you click the "Edit" link beneath your Shipping or Billing address to update. Click "Save Changes" when you are complete, and be sure the new address is displayed under the Address and shipping information section.

HOW CAN I CANCEL?
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the subscription manger page. Simply login and click the "Manage Subscription" link to access this page. If you have a month-to-month subscription, you'll be able to cancel right away, just click the "Manage" dropdown and select "Cancel". If you have a prepaid subscription, select the "Manage" dropdown then click "Prepaid Settings." Change the dropdown on the pop-up that appears to "No" so your subscription does not renew.
Can you ship a subscription to an international address?
We apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot ship the subscription boxes to international addresses.
