Returns and Refunds
At this time we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the customizable nature of our products.
We know it may seem hard to shop for a scent online, but we do have detailed descriptions of each of our scents on our Scent Page!
We offer a 30-day exchange policy on any item damaged during the shipping process.
To complete your exchange, all we require is the order number and a photo of the damage sent to email@example.com.
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange.
All exchanges will be for the same item originally ordered.
What if the item I receive is not what I ordered?
We know that sometimes there will be accidents that happen between receiving your order and shipping it out to you.
If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one please send us a picture and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send out the correct items to you and only ask that you share the extra Malicious items with your friends. (Or keep them for yourself if they make you happy)
What if what I ordered was a retiring scent/label or a Holiday scent/label?
If the item was a retiring/holiday item we may not be able to exchange it for the exact item. If we are out of that item we will exchange it for an item we currently stock that is similar.
What if I received it as a Gift?
If the item was a gift when purchased we do still need an order number and a photo of the damage. We make our order numbers easy to find and it will always be listed on the packing slip.
