I bought this for my co-worker who was forced to retire when her position was dissolved after the sale of our business. Anything she was asked to do, she did with a smile but I know how much she wanted to tell people to eff off. This was the perfect touch to her bouquet of mini scotch bottles :)
There’s a reason I got one candle off Amazon on a whim for a solo self care night, and a few weeks later I now own a dozen. They smell amazing. The jars are adorable. The copy is HILARIOUS. The owner is a damned treasure. This is a company I imagine was created by a person who isn’t my best friend but easily could be. That’s who I want to buy stuff from. Someone who isn’t making garbage, overly pretty scented, fluffy type crap for exactly the opposite person I am. These are candles for EXACTLY the type of person I am. Funny, smart, and likes a bold but not overwhelming, well crafted and solid scent. It’s whiskey neat while eating maraschino cherries at the bar. Judge me? I will roll my eyes and go “Want one?” and wish I could muster a fart. These candles are several pillows under my ass and a dog on my lap while I watch garbage reality shows and eat cheese. These candles are your favorite book, shipped to your house, and none of the edges are messed up and it smells all new, and getting to sit down and read it while cool air blows in from the open window and cascades over your hands while you turn pages. These candles are comfort in a jar and I will kick anyone right in wolfman’s nards if they take them away from me. I love them so much. Can you tell?
I’m hesitant to share how incredible the Citron & Stone wax melts are because I don’t want them to sell out all the time. I receive so many compliments, but they’re not overpowering or floral. The packaging and shipping are top-notch. Women-owned businesses truly put in the extra effort and attention to detail that others don’t.

I’ve been a fan of these ladies for a while and a recent email sent out got me to return. Who doesn’t love the fun and sassiness of their labels? They exactly match my personality! Lighting up one of these babies(rose scent), next to my bedside in the am with a little mindful gratitude practice while sipping coffee? Yes, Please!
