Shipping policy

Shipping rates

Orders under $75: $5 flat rate ground shipping.
Orders $75 and over: free ground shipping.
Rates apply within the United States and military APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Most items, including candles, wax melts, refill kits, bangle bracelets, keychains, and matches, ship from our Snohomish, WA facility within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit time

Most orders ship USPS Ground Advantage, 1-5 business days in transit. Larger orders ship UPS Ground, 1-5 business days in transit. Some orders ship FedEx. Carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination.

Processing and transit are separate. A typical order arrives within 2-7 business days of being placed.

Apparel, Housewares, Hats & Tote Bags

These items are produced and shipped by a third-party vendor on a different schedule. They ship within 3-5 business days, and transit can take up to 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

If your order includes these items along with anything else, they ship separately and will arrive at different times.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States and military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating. Items shipped by our third-party vendor ship under separate tracking.

Undeliverable packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or another delivery issue, we will contact you. A $5 reshipping fee applies if you would like us to send it again. If you would rather not have it reshipped, we can refund the cost of the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Delivery estimates

All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak shipping periods, severe weather, or due to carrier delays outside our control.
