How to use:
Use this blend of natural, aromatic, dried botanical herbs to help you relax into a hot bath. Toss them in loose or put them in your sachet (included), and let them soak to in the water to release their beneficial properties.

For a more concentrated bath: Boil water and steep herbs (in our out of the bag) for 20 mins. Add bath "tea" water directly to your bath and enjoy. Please test the water for temperature before climbing in...remember- boiling water is really hot!

Soak for at least 20-30 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Meditate, chant, read, listen to music- any soothing activity will do. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe and... feel better.

Ingredients:

Epsom salt promotes relaxation and sleep, improves circulation, helps with back pain, skin problems, muscle strains, pain, and cramps, and even helps to remove splinters, making this a great base for bath salt, foot soaks, and medicinal baths.

Himalayan Pink Sea Salts are naturally rich in 84 relaxing and replenishing minerals (including iron which gives the salt its color). Himalayan salt is used by many health spas to help heal the body and relax the mind.

Oatmeal is said to protect skin by helping it retain moisture and soothe dry skin. It also is said to help relieve many common skin issues and some forms of eczema.

Rosemary herbs have been known to provide a natural, organic pain reliever, reducing aches and pains, headaches, and fatigue.

Mint leaves in the tub enlivens the senses and restores the spirit so this is a wonderful bath for when you need a little happy boost!

Eucalyptus can contribute to an overall healthy glow when used in bath and body products. Its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties may help to cleanse skin and address wounds, boils, acne, rashes, and bug bites.

Rose Absolute Essential Oil (Rosa Damascena) – Rose Oil is known to be uplifting and comforting. It is used in aromatherapy to treat depression, stress, grief, insomnia, and anxiety.
